I first came across Victoria Scotti through a podcast where she spoke so beautifully about her practice, with such joy and genuine passion for her work. Since then, our mutual respect has grown through Instagram, where I’ve continued to follow her practice closely.
Originally from Estonia and now based in Spain, Victoria is an equine artist whose drawings carry a quiet intensity. Her graphite and coloured pencil works are exquisitely detailed, yet never feel purely technical—they hold a strong emotional presence, particularly in the way she captures the character and inner life of horses.
There’s a timeless quality to her classic black and white drawings, built through patience and careful observation, where every mark feels considered.
