We were city kids, and by that I mean we lived in town and our playground was made from concrete. My brother and I would often dive into skip bins for something to do. The best bins were the ones filled with lots of treasures that we could collect; old bits of wire, boxes, broken umbrellas, obsolete electronics and other junk.
